Good morning Lizzy. I’m watching the morning news now about the LA fires. It’s devastating and I can’t imagine the destruction they are experiencing. Some of the people they are interviewing are saying that their insurance companies dropped them weeks before the fires without any explanation. Entire neighborhoods are wiped out. So incredibly sad. We are finally getting a break from the snow with even a bit of sunshine today. I’m not a big fan of sunshine on a snowy day when out and about. The glare of the sun off of the snow is so bright that even sun glasses don’t help. More snow arriving later tonight into tomorrow. Have a great day and enjoy your weekend 💜

Good morning Lizzy xx
This is my second attempt.  I hate predictive text!  We had a snow shower for about half an hour earlier this morning but nothing much and it’s quite wet stuff.  I’ve got the washing machine on - it will be two loads today and the tumble dryer will be busy too.  I’ve got pork chops out for teatime but haven’t decided how I’ll cook them yet.  You’re right about stew being great for this kind of weather, especially with dumplings, yummy!
