Hello Lizzy. Losing 13.5 pounds is fantastic!! Congratulations. I have been in a calorie deficit since the end of February and have lost 18 pounds. I have 9 more to go to get to my goal weight. It has been a very slow process but it’s working so I’m sticking with it. I’m really trying to get a lot of protein figured in with my allowed calories and I have been doing pretty good. My goal is 100 grams but some days it’s less and others it’s more so I feel that it’s balanced . Our weekend is looking really good with comfortable temperatures and low humidity. We have to babysit the kids tomorrow afternoon for a couple of hours. We will be able to go outside and play with the good weather and it won’t be too hot. I’m sorry to hear your knee is bothering you, hopefully the surgery will be sooner rather than later. Enjoy your weekend!!💜
