I found a penny today
Just laying on the ground.
But it's not just a penny
This little coin I've found.

Found pennies come from heaven
that's what my Grandpa told me.
He said Angels tossed them down
Oh, how I loved that story!

He said when an Angel misses you
They toss a penny down,
sometimes just to cheer you up
To make a smile out of your frown.

So don't pass by that penny
When you're feeling blue.
It may be a penny from heaven
That an Angel's tossed to you.

It was a bit cooler early on so I was out in the garden.  The sun came out about an hour ago so I’ve retreated inside for a coffee.  I watched the Wimbledon men’s final yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it.  I remember when I used to watch it in black and white and then went out and batted my tennis ball up against the gate because I’d nobody to play with.  I grew up on a farm in the middle of nowhere!  I’ll have to go out for a bit of shopping later but there’s not much doing this week.  Enjoy your day xx

October watered the Thornbloom Herb, and spotted a Pygmy Mouse feeding on the Veggies!   2 Diamonds earned, plus a bonus Pink Diamond for spotting it in less than 5 minutes!   The Pygmy Mouse also dropped a rare 'Forest Sunlight' seed! x
