Good evening Michaela and physio went ok. The physiotherapist sent a report to my doctor about putting me on medication to relax the muscle. So have now got the tablets and hope they  help. Sorry about your problem with injections but hope everything goes well from now on. I am back at physio a week on Monday. Another lovely sunny day and got my towels dried outside. Mind you first thing this morning we had a power cut, apparently somebody had cut through the mains. Was off very long. Sending you my very best wishes and lots of love and hugs. xx
