Broom, looking very startled was losing altitude. His missing straws had left so many spaces in him that the rising wind was starting to whistle through and he was no longer able to keep up his speed to fly. Dexter and Harry were shrieking as Broom started a crazy descent. Seanachai tried to help Broom steer safely to the ground and they all landed with a resounding thump.
As they brushed the grass off themselves and looked up they realized they had landed at the feet of an old woman who looked as surprised as they did.
Hello…we are Seanachai, Dexter and Harry, and this is our poor friend Broom who can no longer fly. Who are you? My name is Ostara she replied and then promptly invited them to her cottage for some refreshment. Dexter was glad that everyone was safe, but he knew time was short and now with Broom unable to fly, the quest to be an Easter bunny was no longer possible. He just knew the old woman could not help them as Harry had thought. A large tear squeezed out of his eye. With a tearful sniff he quickly swiped it away before the others could see.
