Happy Monday! It is BEAUTIFUL out! It's 68F/20C! I'd open the windows BUT I remind myself this is still winter and if I put the storm windows up now, I might have to put them back down next week. Got a couple things done around the house and now just chilling. Have a great day!

I know that fasting is supposed to be good for you but personally it's hard for me. I can go without eating if I'm just not hungry or if I'm busy but when I CAN'T eat then I'm starving and want to eat everything. Already thinking about next Monday and my liquid diet- at least I got broth this time.
I hope things are still melting for you and I hope you're feeling maybe a tad bit better today. Yes staying busy helps things so much!
