Happy Thursday! Work was alright! Getting hotter out now but it's not bad yet. Hubby made it home YAY! Tomorrow half day since I get this Saturday. Got some more work done around the house tonight and now just relaxing! Have a nice evening!
He had a bit of an eventful drive home- well he had a detour because of an event I should say. He got help up at the warehouse for a bit so that actually turned out to be a good thing or he could have been right there when this all happened. So he sent a message complaining that he was on I290 outside Chicago moving at 5MPH and then he sent another message to complain so I pulled up the traffic map and saw that the road was shut down. I said get on the first off ramp you can and take a back way home. Of course he complained but I put the news on my computer at work and he wasn't upset for long- there was an SUV just sitting on I290 in the left lane with it's windows and sunroof all blown out like from some kind of explosion but the rest of the vehicle looked ok and there was no fire. I watched the bomb squad open and clean the vehicle with a dead person in the driver seat. It took them ages to clear out the miles of traffic that had been stuck so that all worked out good for Dennis. Not sure what happened but they just towed the vehicle away about an hour ago and this happened almost 10 hours ago. I hope we find out what happened!
So sweet of you to save the bee! there was a bumble bee on the railing by my back door but when I went to check back on it, it was gone.
