Good night Rebecca, no not one doctor could tell me what this was all about. I break out in different places so I guess it's hard tellling. My latest doctor up and told me after my last hospital visit that this can make my psoriasis worse. I informed her that I had never been diagnosed with that. She gave me a look you wouldn't believe. Anyway I do have meds and some otc lotions to use and I know what you mean about not being able to reach your back. I was told to try a spatula. I use a allergy pill at night so I can sleep (from Walmart) Gold Bond is good too. Sure hope this helps. Today was warmer but still not as warm as by you. Hubby took me shopping which was a adventure especially when he was trying to put the groceries in the back of his Jeep. He has so much for the homeless in there that there wasn't much room for the groceries. Going to try and get the freezer cleaned tomorrow its a mess thanks to hubby. Have a blessed evening/day. Hugs!
