Monday visit

Good morning Ree,  the shoulders are sore but I trained in trucks Friday and started there yesterday morning before they moved me.  Can't remember how many yesterday but I think 13k but I also trained a gal in the auto store so less movement there.  She has type 1 so I asked them if they could move her there so she would do less damage long term to her feet and thankfully they did.
I'm sorry things never get in sync(not the band sync) for you, maybe one day.  Hopefully N will get a decent judge and also get an eye opener so he works on himself too.  Prayers ♥️
