Good morning Evelyn ~ there are quite a few things I watch for the scenery. My sporting interest for the next few weeks is the Tour de France, which takes you on a slow tour across the country, usually after a start somewhere abroad, and provides a detailed commentary about famous places, buildings and people as they go along. There are inserted clips about local fauna as well. Only if you watch it on French TV. The English coverage is very dull commentary droning on about the equipment and riders, and guesses about team tactics. The lovely helicopter flyovers of things are completely ignored. I'm sure the French would happily provide the script for the information clips as it's all prepared in advance. Also two more Rugby super Saturdays (as they're called) with several matches played through the day for the new Nations Championship, which has replaced the Autumn Internationals and another competition. Great if you like Rugby. Not so much if you don't...xx
