Thursday splash 💦💦 hi Judi. yes, I've had heartburn all my life, but if I eat right I don't. I just have to watch eating sugar and things made with flour. I never took anything for mine except tums. my dr said my cholesterol is high and wants to put me on a statin. I said no way. I will just try to lower it by changing my diet. they didn't put the tube in my sister's stomach yesterday but may today. I hope they don't. it's been so hot here, like summer. in the 90s. it's supposed to cool down in a few days. hope it does. how is your sciatica? I've found that sleeping with a pillow between my knees helps. and walking. hope your day is good. hugs.
