Hi Berna, hope all is ok, how did Bob’s surgery go, hope everything went well ?
Been a busy couple of days, gym yesterday and then my course with the dietitian in the afternoon, off to the gym and then grocery shopping this morning and then straight onto Costco this afternoon. Tomorrow we off to Llandudno, taking johns mum and her sister , they have booked a little trip for the weekend.   Our trip to Lanzarote…..is one of the Canary Islands off the north coast of Africa and off mainland Spain, so nice and hot hopefully lol
