We had crazy rain today. A few areas nearby had flooding!  But nothing like the poor people in Texas!

So glad it's just allergies too! Enjoy your new lawnmower. I had a nice birthday my friend took me to lunch. I bought myself a cake and my brother bought me one so I have 2 lol.  Hugs xx

My muscles atrophied and just my ligaments were doing all the work. You keep forgetting I  was bedridden for a year and on a feeding tube. Then last year I broke my elbow and did nothing for 6 months. I still didn't do any exercising other than grocery shopping and I didn't start doing that on my own until like December. And for years before that I was taking care of mom. I had no exercise other than grocery shopping so that was for about 4 years. So 4 years, plus a year in bed. Plus I have scoliosis. So prior to being injured, I was in terrible shape. So yeah, things are going to hurt. When I build up strength things will hurt less. I can't even open a bottle of water. My brother has to loosen them up every week. That's how weak I am.
