Evening Dianne, just seen your post 'SOS', Well done , someone has to make a stand. We have local elections in five days time when the electorate will show the government how upset they are with them. I wont go on about it as i don't see this as a platform for political debate. We are off to Tracey's just after lunch for a annual family May day feast. Will be a nice change to have a home cooked meal. She really does go to town with the food. Pleased to say that she has agreed to take some of our ''we will never use'' frozen food. I'm dumping the stuff which is three or four years old. Even I won't eat that. The weather is nice so we should be able to get into the garden for some lively sport. Unfortunately Josh & Jake wont be there as they are @ Alton Towers for the w/e. I was pleased to hear that Little Ed is having tennis & cricket lessons. I think five is a good age to start, & he is keen. How is your mum?.Do you phone her daily? Tell you what? vegemite/marmite/ yeast extract can play hell with your eyes. I have just rubbed my eye which must have had some on & it's giving me hell. So must was my eye out now. Morning Dianne, was a lovely warm day here. Shorts weather. I sat in the garden this afternoon but as much as I tried I couldn't hear the surf. lol. I did go to town earlier. Decided to take my cart as I felt like I needed some excitement in my life. I love this buggy, makes me feel young again. It really can fly. The only trouble is peeps get in the way in town...I'll tell you what that Pies game didn't do me any good, it was daylight robbery. Not heard from my boys this week which is disappointing. I felt like Eddie no mates. lol..Dinner this evening was easy. While I was in the garden Sandra told me she had done her dinner so I got something else from the freezer that was a bit aged. Something called a turkey escalope. Once I'd cooked it I think it would have been better to repair the sole of a shoe. On the plus side it's something else out of the way. Have a happy Saturday.

Hi once more, not being a foodie i thought Marmite/vegemite/ & Yeast Extract were all one of the same. I just need something to give me a lift first thing in the morning. Although last night I felt exhausted after watching Collingwood play. The game must have been a late start to be on live here. After suffering that it was another clash of the darting titans. Will your mum be able to carry on where she left off with the activity's @ the village. Another question from your oldest pupil, why do some words have ies & others just 's? I wish I'd payed more attention @ school although being dyslexic I find it hard to retain some information. Or do you think I wasn't paying attention?. lol. I'll have a go @ the egg on toast with some of the black stuff. Have a happy evening. I just need to have a clean up here, especially the kitchen seeing as Sandra has retired from all that mundane stuff. Keeps me busy...Enjoy the surf...
