Morning splash--As far as our weather goes it is a blah day--nothing is happening which is a good thing as I am not ready to tackle snow yet. Got my hair cut yesterday and she was good,she gave me everything I asked for and it survived a nights sleep without me waking to ahead of pointing horn. From what I can gather from the nurse --they are going to have me do my own dressings If I think I can--of course I can and without all the stress of waiting on someone to come.(I do have a good GP now and I have backup with the doctors in onocology. Have a good day

Does the hot weather bring out snakes?
The observatory was very good. Quite small, but tun by very enthusiastic volunteers. I saw Saturn, Jupiter, the six moons and of course our moon. They had two telescopes and a very powerful set of binoculars. 
Problems with the trains meant I didn't get home until after midnight.  Very slow  start to the day this morning!

I' back. just had a look @ Countdown. I think I may have seen it years ago. It's always amazed me how some peeps can work out numbers almost without thinking about it. It reminds me of the scorer in a darts match, I find it a amazing gift. Sorry to hear you are disappointed with your evenings entertainment. But that's the way it is some times.
