Hello Dianne, before I get involved in F/lnd each morning I scroll through the news. One thing that grabbed me today was about all the occupations that are extinct. That took me down memory lane. Some sad news is that Cliff Richard has been rushed to hospital in a serious condition in Portugal. No news about Tom Jones who is also in a bad way. Cliff Richard used to live near me in Cheshunt. Hertfordshire when he first got started with the Shadows. Not a lot of peeps know that, lol...No plans as yet for today as I thought I would be more than one day playing Tree Surgeon. Do they use that term there for guys who do tree felling & pruning? It's upstairs cleaning upstairs this morning for me. How much mess can two peeps make in a week.? Enjoy some gardening in the warmer weather. Have fun.

Good morning Dianne.
Going to try the pool this morning!
Don’t want any mishaps lol!
As it’s my gym I will use the invalid shower cubical which has a seat! Fingers crossed.
Got to overcome my falling fears.
Got physio next week .Dont know how many the specialist booked me to get more flexible!
He said you will get over your fears and run wild lol!😂
