Morning Dianne, bit of a flat day today as it usually is after a night with my Merry Men. Worth it though as it's nice to have a good giggle. Watching a British league speedway meeting now. Bit like our football where there are not many English players. Blimey there has just been a crash where all four riders are on the deck. Never seen that before. Have a happy Wednesday.

How is the book going? I did all my jobs this morning.  Read this afternoon.  I got a message from my GP saying I should book shingles jab.  It's a booster.  I am going on 23rd July.

still not able to go to the pool! I can get in but its climbing out that gets me. I need a pull up as I geot to top of ladder.

Hello Dianne, didn't have to drive as the pub our Merry Men meet is just a short walk away. So no problem. We haven't met up for a few weeks so I was looking forward to our meet. We always have a good laugh once the medical side has been discussed. It's hip problems, arthritis & one guy has to have a op for prostrate cancer. Also the chap who has just left home, he got some stick.. lol. Grocery shop done & dusted for another week. Sorry to hear that you have SAD. Seasonal affective disorder..Will be summer soon in Australia so think of that.. Sweet Dreams & goodniight.....Red Bee....fanx.
