Hi beautiful.   Chilly last night, but I sat outside for hours while furnace and air conditioner got installed at my nephew's.   He lost everything in floods 2 1/2 weeks ago.  Insurance will not come around to check walls as they are slammed.  Some houses have been condemned here.  Most folks do not have flood insurance because they are not near water at all, but some areas filled their measuring equipment.   Most 12".  We are 1 mile away, and no one near us got flooded
