been cooler here today thankfully nice breeze coming in from the sea
well the retirement party was lovely the food was great and the coffee was the best i stuck to being good i dont want weight gains! but was good to catch up with so many people as well
i had a nice thing too today my rings i used to wear got too tight on my fingers so stopped wearing them they are now a good fit again so was able to put them back on very happy!
glad you managed a nice lay in today yep Jake was good he likes to sleep in too!
well time for me to have a nice cuppa and watch some TV
