Morning Diane, we are @ 6c this morning. & it's dry which is a good thing as we are off to a big town because Sandra wants some ankle boots & shoe stores around here are hard to come by. We are going by bus as the parking in that town is diabolical. We do have free bus passes. Do they do that there for the aged? So it will be an adventure for us. Snooker was awful again last night. It made no difference that I have one hand looking like a boxing glove. The guys I play with are quite good & keen. They are talking about playing more often. I couldn't think of anything worse. In fact I told them in future I'll pop along later & just have a beer with them.The gouty hand is almost pain free even though the swelling does bring in a lot of sympathy..See our mixed curling pair beat your team yesterday although I think this stage is still a round robin.
