Morning Diane hope you slept well struggled last night had to take 2 lots of painkillers for my knee so slept in till 9.45!
shame not so many for tea yesterday hopefully will get more when weather changes
yes was happy car passed ok with tests so nothing needed doing yesterday was good to get a trim as well my hair feels better much tidier
i am lucky with my hairdresser living so close to me so she does it on her way home a little cash in hand for her and saves me driving out & mum going over too  hope you manage to find someone
I have a few jobs to do today so will get them done this morning & take it easy on my knee too
did get  my mammogram & scan results all normal so that is done for another how ever many years!

Morning Diane, bit milder here this morning, no jumper required. In between the rain showers I did manage to get the hedge trimmed from my neighbours garden shed roof. Even came down with a couple of bunches of black grapes. I did try a couple. They were sweet but had many pips in them, & the skin was tough. Also celebrated by making some beer. In between that I watched the athletics from Tokyo. You have a couple of big time hammer throwers in Canada. I would have been annoyed having to wait an hour for an appointment. Anyway the result makes sense. So the blood flow is stopping the healing. Not much on the agenda here, but you never know.? Hope your day goes well...
