Hello Diane, Happy Canada Day to you. I hope that it all goes well re. the heat and your power. It has been pouring down here with rain however I needed to do some washing. Put my white wash in a basket hoping to hang it tomorrow and when I went back to the laundry there was Mindy, cat, happily sleeping on top of the wet wash. All I could do was shake my head. She is a strange cat. You may recall that my friend, Lynne, left her here as Mindy wasn't coping on the farm in the heat. Then once I had eaten my dinner I snuggled for awhile on my couch to briefly watch TV. Mungo was and still is on my bed waiting for me. Mindy landed on top of me and stared into my eyes. All I could say was I love you Mindy and I meant it. Good grief, cats can certainly win their way into  your heart. If only Mindy could get on with Mungo.

Morning Diane, staying cool here although they forecast 17c later. Hope that heat there cools down somewhat. No change here, I still can't get Sandra to eat. The only thing she did eat yesterday was a small portion of my apple crumble..For my sins I did watch the England World Cup football game. I'm not keen on football but I did get excited watching the game. My pottery squirrel is now back in one piece & most of the scars are filled in. Just wants painting now. I could do with more jobs like that to keep me occupied. Have a happy Thursday.. Golf again today......Grey Squirrel....fanx.

wow so you did the floors its not good in that heat is it i have tried to do some of mine after work this week as they say getting hot over weekend again here! Jake is at groomer so i do get to hoover through in peace while he is there haha
well 2 more work days its got busier but not mad so all is good with that i hope it stays that way
