Hi Diane..glad your shopping went so well.  It's unusual for there not to be many people about so that was a plus.  It's dull here today but it's dry at least.  Glad your temps have risen a bit one of my Canadian friends was saying it's the worse winter they have had in years.  Hopefully it will get better and soon.  Going to see a friend today who hasn't been well so looking forward to catching up with her.  Have a great day xxxx

Morning Diane, cooled down quite a bit here, only about 3c to start & not going to get much warmer. We've been spoilt as the last few days have been summary. I did get out into the garden yesterday & cleaned up the garden furniture. Birds seem to think my garden is their local toilet. I asked Little O a question only she would know the answer to. No reply so far so it could all be a scam. Sounds like you had a good day with Kevin. What a lovely touch that is to wear a Haiwian shirt @ the funeral of Kevin's navy friend. I did watch the golf yesterday. I stuck with it because Fitzpatrick was going well & I was hoping Conners would have a good day. Have a happy Sunday.

Hello Diane, I visited Mum today. Her ankles are still swollen. After chatting we had fun doing a cryptic crossword together. She told me that she usually doesn't do them as they are too hard. I coached her as to how to read the clues and she got many answers right. She was surprised. We had fun and a nurse even got involved trying to answer one problem. Enjoy your day.
