Hi Diane...when it's a warm day not much point in getting caught up with to many jobs.  You just get to warm.  There is always another day to do them.  I did a bit of walking today and had pain tonight so that was probably not a very sensible thing to do.  I have taken a pain killer and it's settled down now.   Just hope it hasn't prolonged  the knee getting better.   We are supposed to warm up again tomorrow.  Wont be looking forward to that.  We will see though, they don't always get it right.  Enjoy your day hope you found some Golf to watch.  Night night xxx

Hi Diane hope you had a good day been a nice chilled out one for me
houseplants all done and work gear is ready for the off
we had a torrential rain & thunder storm this afternoon did clear the air nice though although its supposed to get very hot again!
oh my mum used to have a cat that loved yoghurt too bet Sagwa enjoyed that too
well i am off to enjoy my cup of tea & then head off have a lovely evening xx
