Hello Diane, enjoy the Golf. Haha at least when you have to get up and leave the room you are getting some exercise. I have a new watch that tells me to stand and walk. Drives me crazy but my family wanted me to get it in case I have have a fall here on my own. It seems that it will alert them. My daughter, Sarah added 6 family members to a alert should I fall. Sleep through most of the night with no interruptions . Still have a morning cough though .

Morning Diane, still chilly here but warm in the sun. The experts did say it's going to warm up. Hope you enjoyed the golf yesterday. It sure was nip & tuck. I actually went to bed before the end, I'd had enough excitement for one day. When I left Rose was one shot ahead but they were queuing up behind him. Just seen in the news that Rory made it back to back wins. There were a few tantrums out there firstly with Garcia who had the officials give him a warning. Can you imagine a group of three players in the same group consisting of, Garcia, Hatton, Macintyre ? Would be WW3. Other than that it was a quiet day here. Tracey did pop in & fell asleep in a chair.I'm off to town now. Charity store of course then return one book , Orbital & pick up something lighter. Got quite a lot of stuff for the charity store thanks to my Outback daughter.. Hope you have a happy Monday.....WM....fanx.

Morning Diane hope you slept well its another hazy sunny day here waiting for the vet to open at 8.30 to call them hopefully get him in today then go from there  - i know how painful the arthritis is & yep our babies are worth the cost!!
