oh i think i can borrow a frame from work the physio told me anything i wanted was to let her know! yes seems they like you up & walking
got the geraniums today so they are now potted got compost but they did not have the one i wanted for tom plants so will go back later in week for it i need a better pot for them anyway i think
i enjoyed my little outing today got a few bits treated Jake to a nice cooked chicken breast for his dinner tonight which he ate very quickly!!
tomorrow am meeting my friend for lunch & a catch up so that will be nice too
