Hi Diane...glad to see your weather might be cooling down.  We had a really hot night I found it difficult to sleep.  Hoping tonight will be better.  You must have really been suffering with your old glasses.  I had no idea you had been suffering with headaches and eye strain.  I am so glad your new glasses are making such a huge difference to you.  It's important to be able to see comfortably.  I suffer with dry eye my self so believe me I know where your coming from.  Have a great day xxx

Hi Diane hope you slept well we have an overcast start here today in very low 20's so not going to complain!
today am meeting my friend for lunch so we will have a good old catch up and put the world to rights be nice that i dont have to rush back to work this time too!
might be a little shopping on way back depends on weather as i type its started to rain!
well hope the lady does ok with knee i know they do same here get up & get moving as soon as your awake so am hoping by time i get mine which could be a while i will have lost more weight determined to get back to healthy weight giving up smoking was not good for weight!

Morning Diane, hope your ok. Shame about your casual tea breaks, I'm sure there must be peeps there who would love an afternoon chat. Is it September when the official tea break starts. We seem to have missed a lot of the golf together. It will be The Fedex soon when we can cast our expert opinion..The weather here has gone to pot.I'm now in early winter clothes. Mind you we in my opinion have had & with any luck still will have the best summer we have had for years. Trouble with that has been how dry it's been. Not good for the farmers. I know your not that bothered but we over here are excited that the Blue Jays are flying high. Could this be their year?  I will have a look @ the golf this evening just to keep up to date.
