Morning Diane, grocery day again, not that we need much but Sandra doesn't seem to realise that. We could do with just some veg & milk, oh well. Still chilly here but bright @ 4c. Getting to the frost stage. We had a nice trip to town yesterday ending in a lovely coffee & snack. I'm not a snacker  but do enjoy a Danish pastry with the coffee. Watched a thrilling speedway s/f last evening where the winning team did the job by one point. Tracey was here for evening meal. It was another pit stop before she went back to work for a meeting. Not easy feeding veggies but we have hit on a veggie pizza which she really enjoys. She was saying the assessor from the insurance company didn't show up. Very annoying.. Other than that all is well. Lots of rubbish talked about the Ryder cup.. Have a happy Tuesday....RD...fanx.

Morning Diane hope you slept well seems Jake wanted to wake me extra early again he is not right so will call vet later get appointment for him!
glad you finally got the laundry done oh so the nurse did not arrive that is annoying as well would think they would call if they cant make it!
its a chilly 12 start here high will be 15 so guess autumn is on way now i will need to get my jacket out again
today is going to be a hard day have a very complex one that i need to tackle & it needs more input from social services they are very slow & lax at that here!!
