Morning Diane, that was nice to have a visit from Ryley & his new girl friend. Guess you had met her before. I'm about early just to get the supermarket trip done & dusted. Just got to check what I think is required. I hade a nice trip to town yesterday. A lady helper in the charity shop has just come back from Australia visiting her sister. She gifted me a boomerang, which I thought was rather sweet. To think of me when ten thousand miles away is amazing. That's how friendly they are in the charity shop I use. Sandra was with me because I insisted she come to pick out a couple of birthday cards fo her side of the family. We had a coffee in now our regular cafe where we had the best ever scones with jam & cream.. All in all a pleasant trip. Hope your doing ok. Have a good Tuesday..

Morning Diane hope you slept well
last work day for me today its sunny & a bit windy out there this morning apparently 8 but feels colder supposed to warm up in next day or so
yes protein should fill Sagwa but i guess he just loves food bless him Jake is about right weight he cant have treats now as they make him sick because of his liver issues too
Last work day for me so will pop to see the young chap & say hello but i fear by next week will see him again i feel like he is on a destruction path which we cant stop
