xxx  Hi - just saw your note on your doctor appt.    As someone who has had BOTH rotator cuffs repaird, I can tell you that the exercises make a HUGE difference.  They really do help......just keep doing them every day, no matter what.   And if it comes to the point where you get that really bad ache that wakes you up all night long, try the cortisone shot.  I had one over a year ago and still doing really good.   (This is for the shoulder that was operated on over 10 years ago and now needs to be replaced.....I exercise it every day now and so far it's "ok" - not perfect, but I can definitely manage.   And so glad someone took the time to explain things to you.   Why should that be such a rare thing????  So sad!

Good morning honey - thanks for the Elf Pygmy Mouse!  So cute!   Well....I am stressing because we have snow coming possibly for Thanksgiving Day and Jess and her family have a 3 hour travel to get here, so even if the snow doesn't hit here....they might have to travel thru it.  Fingers crossed!  I hope your chickens got outside yesterday - you are SUCH a good mom!  I did my housework yesterday.  They gave us the day off for theater group today but I did get offered a part in one of the short one-act plays, so I have a LOT of lines to memorize!   I've been reading the script into the voice recorder on my phone, and then listening to it when I'm in the car, etc. so I'm going to have to get this one recorded today - there are only TWO characters in the play and I am one of them - and the play is 10 pages!  I call it my anti-alzheimers therapy. lol  I hope you're feeling better!  I wish I could send you a brand new beautiful mobil home to set up on your property and you could be comfy/cozy and enjoy all the things you love to do.  If I ever win the lottery.......that will be first thing on my list!    I have nothing ready for Christmas, and one of the girls at the store just got fired, so it looks like I have to add a few days to the schedule - I love doing it, but it's starting to stress me out.  I had planned to decorate for Christmas on Monday, but now I will be working.   For these next few weeks I am going to have to live with not doing a very good cleaning job on the house because I just won't have time.  I have to make it okay in my head before I have a stroke!  lol   Deep breaths....it's all fine......
