Been really hot here too I’m melting , sitting with an ice pack on my knee at the moment. I’ve been out in the car twice this week just short trips but the hardest thing is getting out of the car trying to bend my leg  Round over the door sill. Will be going out tomorrow too I’ve made a hair appointment in the village  they will notice a difference how my hairs grown it will be cooler when it’s cut again in this hot weather going to be in the 30 s over the weekend . Your certainly getting on in the gardens now wish I lived nearer I’d be coming to have a look at the crops . Take care xx
