Hi - thanks for the Gecko! Just a quick note - off to work today. I did try the machine and it was good...BUT I think my bananas were not ripe enough - as much as I hate bananas with brown spots, when using them for baking or making a dessert, they really need to be ripe! And usually that's all I find in the store is overripe bananas but now I can't find ONE! lol But I have another bunch here waiting to get ripe and will try again. I saw one recipe has peanut butter in it - I can't imagine putting peanut butter through the machine - maybe add after everything else is crushed up??? Have you tried it. I'll try and be back tonight if I don't fall asleep! lol
