Wren thank you Leslie , a definite change in the weather today was freezing I couldn’t get warm . Big  coat weather . Enjoyed the meal with the art group today and found my way round all the road works so rather pleased with myself . There were two flights of stairs at the golf club and I managed to climb them but I coukd tell the difference in my other knee was painful so it’s definitely got worse  first time I’ve encountered stairs since I had my knee done I tend to avoid them . Put the heating on when I got home and fell asleep . In bed now night night xx
