Hello dear Cassie. I'm so sorry that your shoulder is being a pain, try and take it easy today - that's an order! I hope you aren't too sore, or at least feeling some relief. Not nice, not nice at all. We had a terrible storm here overnight, the windows sounded as though they were going to blow in, and the rain was lashing down.
