Hello dear Cassie. I knew you'd be with me on the Council Tax issues! Perhaps we need to email each other and let off steam again. I hope your *****ing neighbour would get a move on - quite literally. I'll have a word if you want hee hee. I finished Clare B's book yesterday, I had to ration myself with reading it. A really great read and one that I will read again. I am dipping in and out of Charlie's book - the pictures are so beautiful and, of course, the words are wonderful. Making good use of my bookmark.
