Hi Thanks Hilary the yoga helps I had to take it easy if it hurts I come out of the position or do an alternative pose she always gives us options. I went today and she did similar to yesterday as was so hot but nice and cool with the doors open but I couldn't do certain things. Yes car is good I'm getting used to driving it but very easy little car to drive also so easy just to get shopping on way home and not to worry waiting for buses and walking home from bus stop. I will still use the bus depends where I'm going . another hot day tomorrow x
