Winter Droplets

Welcome Spring 2026  May the Birds Sing, the Bees Buzz & the Butterflies Flutter...

Good Mornin Christi, has been a busy couple of months on the Turner Plot, gardens are coming along nicely, Tomato plants all have lots of blooms & fruit appearing, lettuce is beautiful, my corn & potatoes looking grand, have harvested radishes & carrots, replanted the green onions & even the peppers are doing well. the 2 dogs are doing better, they're long term illnesses & just maintaining a healthy safe environment is our goal, they just celebrated 14 turns around the sun or 98 in doggo yrs, our youngest meow has hurt her right hip & leg we thought it was a blockage, mice & bird killer she is, turns out I was wrong, pain meds & a costly vet bill, her name is Midnight however I've since renamed her 411 as in the $411.87 bill....we've had extremely hot temps & out of the blue rain, has been showering for a couple hours now, muggy but loving the weed free water.

Hope all is going well your side of the US, you both rested since your family visit? Bet it's humid there with warm temps... I get my Great Grands next month for a week, 1st time they'll visit the new house, I'm excited & plan on resting up for their energy...

Military, I remember studying about how many businesses lost 50% or more of their staff to the wars, car industries turn they're plants into munitions' plants, hotels did exactly the same everywhere, women were a new force in the working class & a force to be reckoned with. I believe in times of extreme needs our people will step up and do what's needed...let's hope we never have to see it happen.
