Unfortunately I had a fall yesterday, I know I've hurt my knees as they were bleeding, but I think I've hurt my back and neck too. Actually it was quite balletic, as I stood up from my lounge chair, pirouetted and fell near my sofa. Not something I'd practised, and I've no idea why or how it happened. I know I'm having serious trouble with my right foot (I have cerebral palsy, though quite mild in comparison to severe cases, but my foot has become badly twisted) and the bone on the outside of my foot is slowly coming through the skin. And, yes, I've spoken to my G.P. and he's sending me to see a trauma specialist, but I've no idea when. So I may have to close my garden for a few days. I'll just have to wait and see how I get on.
