Can't believe it, temps have rocketed again.Tonight will be as hot as last night.The sun is blazing down.we all had windows and doors open too.How nice to have the a/c upstairs, if this is how it's going to be I think we will all have to shopping.Have a restful evening, and sleep well.

Such a relief to be cooler, trouble is I am so tired that I don't have the energy to do much.Didn't stay long at the gym today.Just after I got home the guy who is going to plug the bee hole called.He hopes to do it next week, then I can relax.The sun went some time ago, clouded with a breeze.The microwave is going well, as long as I have the manual in hand.Timing that needs  a 30min on it is a little more complicated.All in all, a great success.If my shoulder worked I would be very happy.Hope you aren't overdoing it.

Bull.Looking ok outside this morning, hopefully not so hot.I found sleeping difficult again, the house absorbs, and holds, the heat.Gym this morning, cool there thanks to the a/c.Have a good day.
