Woodpecker thanks.Walked down to recyclingearlier this morning.Had lunch and coffee outside in the shade, back indoors now as heat was building.The workmen are in nextdoor, think they are putting in a new boiler.The noise isn't helping my headache.Had thy given me the tip off I would have gone out for the day.I was meeting my late cousins wife Monday, in Salisbury, we have callex it off.It wouldn't be good in this heat, the Park and Ride has no shade.Have GP appt, a double, early Monday morningso, perhaps it's as well.Bit lost as to what to do for the rest of the day.

Tablets worked a treat, managed a nights sleep.Another sccorcher today, cool in the kitchen for now, shame it won't last.Not sure how I will fill the day.

I have been taking statins for many years, without any side effects.It passed 30c here by end of afternoon.About between 8 and 9pm it gets very warm indoors, especially upstairs.Looking like thundery storms maybe on Sunday, still going to be hot though.Fingers crossed it will be a case of sleep well.
