The washing is waiting until I change the sheets at the w/e.I think the gym has just started to help, either that or a sit down.You were right about the strawberries in my garden as the birds are coming.I have work out how to get to the church tomorrow as helping with the raffle, Christmas Fayre.Two other ladies and I have done it for some years now.It's supposed to become milder, not tonight though.Looking forward to a later get out of bed tomorrow.I do occasionally buy on line, waiting for a delivery at the moment.Sleep well.

The walk to and from the gym was painful this morning.I managed to buy the cards I needed to buy, friends and family type.It has become windy this afternoon, ideal for drying the washing.Still have kitchen to clean and hoover.

no frost this morning, still cold though.My first waxwing arrived, not spotted.Not going to stay at the gym for long, I know it's improving as pain now mostly in the knee.
