I have been taking statins for many years, without any side effects.It passed 30c here by end of afternoon.About between 8 and 9pm it gets very warm indoors, especially upstairs.Looking like thundery storms maybe on Sunday, still going to be hot though.Fingers crossed it will be a case of sleep well.

That's tough their losing a parcel, especially if you get no support from their services.Hope your appt went well this morning.Far too hot to walk, gym has a/c, I had no energy.Now they have modernised I need an IT course to work out how i switch something on.Managed to keep most of downstairs shut up and , what passes for cool.Already 32c here so going to be another of those nights.Frustrating as it's too hot to be working outside, too dark to see inside.

Grey thanks.Evri works well here, delivery guy on first name terms.The BBQ was cancelled at the last minute due to illness.Such a shame, but can't be helped.I had a dreadful night, it was 18c, even the fans didn't help.Feeling hung over this morning, gym doesn't sound inviting.BB came for a brief breakfast.
