Not nice out, mist has cleared, wind hasn't increased as yet, rain on and off.I didn't stay long at the gym today as a bit creaky.Some pears came down, probably more later.Hope new routine is an improvement.

Squirrel.Lots of pears down this morning, sort of raining as well.I have been too laid back this morning, suddenly realised the time.The mornings are so dark now, hard to tell what the time is when waking.Of course the clock tells it's own tale.Off to gym later, if I can find the energy.No kick back so far from the jabs.
