Our weather here is very mixed but still cold.
We had lunch with our dear friend Thelma and the whole event was a disaster - we almost left the restaurant as they lost our food/drinks order - we finally got a drink after 30 minutes and food arrived at one and a half hours (when we were about to leave).  Stressful for us all.  We are reluctant to sort Betsy out as she managed a little food yesterday but we do know it is inevitable.  How do we get the courage when she looks at us with such a loving look and gives us big cuddles?  Look after yourselves, love, hugs & blessings for you all and our special hug for Pippin  🤗🦋🌹💕

Good morning dear Marguerite. I thought that I would pop in before I freeze. Your flowers look so lovely here, if only they had scent! I hope that Martin is settled now that he's home and yes, a speedy recovery and a full one. I know that it will be very hard to lock the door and give the keys to the estate agent, it really is the end of an era. I am feeling sad, but with so much to do at the house with cleaning, house clearance, sorting the spare keys for the new owner etc., at least I won't have time to think too much. Anyway, enough about me. I hope you have a good few days my dear, and I'll see you here on Saturday. We are coming home at some point on Thursday afternoon, but I will need and want a day before getting back to the land of the internet.
