Good afternoon Marguerite. I had 20 trick or treaters calling and had filled food bags with sweets and crisps. Abigail and Olivia loved handing them out . It is a lovely sunny day. I am staying at home as foot a bit sore. So will catch up on the soaps etc.  Spotted a flamingo ty. x

Good morning Marguerite. We really must stop apologising for not being here at times, we are as bad as each other! I really am sorry that you are being let down again with J's carer. It simply is not good enough, as you rightly say. I won't write more here but I'm sure you can imagine the words that I am thinking. We didn't get any trick or treaters last night, they tend to steer clear when they hear a dog barking - Maggie certainly told them not to come further than the front gate!! Today has started wonderfully for us - the sun is out after a night of very heavy rain.  It is still cool 13C but it is just so lovely to see the sun.  Malc is making good progress with the decorating, hopefully just a few more days.  He is being very thorough!  Sorry to hear about your heavy downfall of rain.  I hope you have managed some reasonably dry walks with Pippin.  Malc has taken a few short ones with Poppy, dodging the raindrops but also as he is trying to get his decorating finished.  She will get a longer walk today I feel.  Look after yourself, keep warm & dry.  Big cuddles sent to Pippin and thank you for those sent to Bonnie.  Love, hugs & blessings for you all 🤗🐾🐾🌞🦋💕

Grey squirrel thanks Marguerite. Was dry to and from the hairdressers but quite windy . I did my ironing after lunch as the rain had started , sun did try to come out later but failed. The wind got really  wild to though it did stop raining till bedtime then started again . Sunday supposed to be our best day let’s hope so. Have a great weekend and a good November xx
