Thanks Marguerite ~ first full week of retirement, and (since it is summer vacation for teachers), it doesn't feel much different yet.  I have at least gotten all the boxes etc. I brought home unpacked and tucked away.  I will have to do some heavy editing eventually, but at least now nothing is stacked on the floor or in my dining room 😜

tyvm Marguerite for W D & gem.  I am so much better now it is cooler.  I feel my problems have been exacerbated by the extreme heat. It is 20C here now and fine for me and Bonnie too.  I have booked her in to have some fur removed and pleased to hear Pippin has already had his session.  I expect he feels much better for it too as I know Bonnie will when she has been to Tina.  Malc has not fared that well with the heat albeit better than I have.  He is about to take Bonnie for a nice walk having been shopping earlier and stopped for a brief break for a cup of tea.  He too managed to catch up with some of his gardening jobs.  Like you he could do very little during the heat wave.  Do take good care of yourself & stay safe.  Thank you for the cuddles sent to Bonnie & we return them in abundance to gorgeous Pippin - who no doubt smells like a little air freshener now.  Love, hugs & blessings for you all.

It's a bit cooler here as well, but with the humidity it still feels very warm and oppressive. Yes, I'm still off this week as well. It's fun doing the sunflower pots .. better than the hippo and llama vases .. lol .. I managed to get a gold hippo though, so only 4 more rounds to do 😁
I've got the skunk vase ready for another gold skunk, but I'm holding off for the next PL quests.
