I didn't manage to nap yesterday, but I did sleep well last night. and, I did my grocery shopping today so that's done. I picked up what I needed to make beef stew tonight. it's 6C here (so not as warm as what you have), and I can feel Spring is on its way. stew is definitely a cold weather meal. Dresden is happy I'm back home, and is curled up next to me purring. he sends contented snuggles to you, and to Pippin. Hi Marguerite I’m afraid we woke to drizzly rain the sky was  black thought we were going to have s really heavy downpour but it remained drizzly ironed  the bedding after I’d  done the fire and hoovered the kitchen then rang the docs remystayins the chemist coukdnt get to-be told the chemist has now got a new prescription for me it’s smaller doses so I have to take two to make up the quantity why they couldn’t have told me save me ringing cretins . Did the lounge window at the front then it was lunchtime . After lunch went to get my new battery for my watch called in the bank to ask about the closure in may be told they had been given another year so it’s next year now . Nipped in boots and Iceland for some bits then drove to the chemist to pick up my scrip . Didn’t feel like doing windows when I got back so I’m hoping to get the bedroom and bathroom ones done in the morning and put some washing on then it’s food shopping in the afternoon . Rain stopped after tea and we had a beautiful red sky so tomorrow promises to be nice . Glad your day went well . In bed now night godbless Marguerite xx
