Its been a day of showers here with a little sun in between x I pottered for a while with some inside jobs and gave the fridge a clean not my favourite job lol x I had my son and Clyde pop in today for his usual cuppa was nice seeing them x Other than that a quiet day x Going to watch the ladies football final shortly i hop England can win fingers crossed x
Yes the room will be all fresh for Christmas so no real rush x Not much else here x John will be happy to have his carer back tomorrow or was he of the fortnight xHope your weather is better today and enjoy your evening xx Will pop in again soon xx

Hi Marguerite. Just home from Joan's as I stayed overnight. I went to evening mass with her. Going to 12 mass today as my friend's son is playing the organ and the Armagh Rose - Erin is singing . Erin has chosen the hospice as her charity of the year. Mark got home last night . His blood tests cam back ok but has lots of follow up appointments On cholestreol and blood pressure tablets. My brother died of a heart attack at 52 as did Chris at 29 and diabetic complications  so did a good check on Mark. The HHT is from his mum's side Her dad had it and had a bleed on the brain at 30 but was sorted. Mark's bleed came from that  and blood removed from his lung They will monitor him and sort medication for HHT . Lovely morning . Enjoy your Sunday x
