We had gorgeous weather yesterday in WV. We went to Sandstone Falls & walked around. They have a nice wooden walkway so far and you can also take a half mile walk through the woods. The falls had mist coming up. It was so cool. Our cabin was cozy with a wood-burning fireplace.
Of course GPS brought us home through the mountains with no cell signal. 2 hours of up & down mountains with twists & turns. It was nice but not when you want to get home. 
It's not too cold even here this evening. It's 59F going to 35F.

Sweet dreams Marguerite, I hope your day has been a good one. I hope you & Pippin stayed dry. It's been drizzling all day here, not that I've been out. Face-timing my niece & family in America New Years Eve (which will be a first  since her mum, my sister passed). So, it will be happy and sad both at the same time. I have prosecco in, but I'll probably just have a coffee. I don't normally drink on my own. Love hugz & G-d bless xxx
