I'm sending him relaxing ear rubs. Dresden is on the couch next to me, and sends cozy snuggles to you, and to Pippin. we've had a fairly quiet day. Brigid was here to do the monthly cleaning (floors, etc) for me, and as always we had a nice chat. Dresden, of course, retreated to the bedroom. I picked Ellie up from school yesterday, and so whatever bug was bothering their family seems to have moved on. it's still cold here, -13C. I'll have to go out tomorrow for groceries. the conservatory was closed for scheduled maintenance I believe.  (they do that a few times a year.) take care, and wishing you a lovely day tomorrow. hugs! xxx 🌷❤️

Yes, it won't be anytime soon that the snow thaws. Most of the roads aren't too bad. At least I know which ones are. We actually had some sun today.    I stopped down at Curves tonight to say goodbye to one of the ladies at the desk. I also got some DVD's that I can work out to. Tomorrow I'll stop and say goodbye to the other lady that was at the desk on Tues. & Thurs. I really wish we had somewhere to put all the machines. It really was helping me. I can feel the difference already since I haven't been since before my vacation.

Hi Marguerite. Poor Mark and Jamie were at the hospital all night - she had a miscarriage. So sad . Joan got a man to temp fix the garage door . The new one won't be there for 2 weeks . It will cost £1,000 but she needs it  I had no damage just plants blown out of the window boxes   Lovely and calm today and no rain. Just changed the bedding so having a coffee and a break befote I iron    Take care x

Hello Marguerite. I'm sorry that the car is wet inside again, and hope that it can be fixed once and for all. It's a lovely morning here, sunshine and blue sky, I hope it's the same for you. Morning Marguerite rain when I woke and the wind has been so strong all day  chanced it after lunch to go to Tesco when the rain stopped but the wind was terrible only one road closed so we  were diverted but I got everything of my list and even called at the farm shop on my way back got a few of my favourite sauces I use in my casseroles , sun came out for a bit but the wind stayed all day with everything rattling outside. Another weather warning for rain and snow today but looking at my weather ap it says it will be sunny all day ha ha who do you  believe. Glad I don’t need to be anywhere today . Think I’ll get those brasses done thst will keep me warm polishing them up  . Hope you have a good day and you have a nice sunny day I’m going with the app , it will help dry your boot out , such a nuisance do they want you to wait till it’s full xx
